With a background in real estate closings, Heather brings nearly 29 years of experience to the settlement industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from Liberty University and is a Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent. As Manager of All-Virginia Title & Escrow, Inc., she provides strategic leadership and oversight of settlement operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across every transaction. Heather offers continuity and stability for clients and partners, confidently navigating complex closings with a steady, solutions-driven approach. Operations Coordinator
Carrie serves as Operations Coordinator at All-Virginia Title & Escrow, Inc., providing essential support across daily office operations. Her responsibilities include post-closing, updating files, and handling recordings and filings with the Clerk’s Office, helping ensure each transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.
In addition to her operational duties, Carrie manages the firm’s social media accounts and assists with administrative and logistical needs, including running errands as needed. She brings valuable banking experience to her role, having previously worked as both a bank teller and a personal banker. Carrie is also a Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent.
Her versatility, reliability, and willingness to support wherever needed make her an integral part of the All-Virginia Title & Escrow team.

Underwriter/Title Examiner
Eva began her career in the title industry in 2001 as a title examiner, a role she held for 20 years. During that time, she developed a deep understanding of title analysis, problem-solving, and risk identification, ensuring clear and marketable title across a wide range of transactions.
In 2022, Eva transitioned into underwriting, where she applies her extensive examination background to evaluating risk, supporting agents, and providing sound underwriting guidance at All-Virginia Title & Escrow, Inc. She is a Virginia Certified Title Examiner and a Virginia Title Insurance Licensed Agent. Eva also assists with the settlement process when needed, drawing on her comprehensive understanding of the transaction from examination through closing.

Pre-Closing Coordinator
Caroline Allan is a Pre-Closing Coordinator with All-Virginia Title & Escrow, Inc., bringing a strong background in legal and administrative support to the settlement process. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Administrative Support Technology from Danville Community College and has prior experience as a Legal Assistant, where she assisted with deed preparation, estate planning documents, and legal filings.
In her role, Caroline supports the preparation of files for closing by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting a smooth and efficient closing process for clients and partners.
Post-Closing Coordinator
Robin Rosson has been a valued member of the All-Virginia Title & Escrow, Inc. team since 1997. With nearly three decades of experience, she specializes in post-closing and bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the successful completion of each transaction. In addition to her behind-the-scenes role, Robin is available to meet with clients for loan closings when needed and is often called upon to help resolve complex issues. A lifelong resident of Pittsylvania County, she brings deep local knowledge, reliability, and professionalism to the firm.

Caroline Main serves as a Settlement Agent with All-Virginia Title & Escrow, Inc., assisting clients, lenders, and real estate professionals throughout the closing process to help ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions. Caroline brings more than 10 years of experience in administrative operations, loan processing, and customer service within banking, property management, and professional office environments. Prior to joining All-Virginia Title & Escrow, she worked as a Loan Processor with Credit Human Federal Credit Union, where she processed loan applications, verified financial documentation, and ensured compliance with lending requirements. Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Caroline is committed to providing reliable support and excellent service throughout each transaction.
